MIKE GREENBERG THINKS UCONN COULD MAKE NBA PLAYOFFS

Mike Greenberg seems to think UConn could make the playoffs in the NBA's Eastern Conference this season which wins the award for ridiculous statement of the day.

Did you know the Boston Celtics scored 81 points in the first half vs the Indiana Pacers last month? In fact, the Celtics are averaging over 63 first-half points a game this season and have scored more than 70 first-half points or more 13 times this season.

To put this topic in perspective, UConn scored 75 points in their second-round win against Northwestern on Sunday. As good as Uconn even the worst teams in the NBA would destroy these Huskies. Yes, they are good, but they are not NBA good.

Ask yourself this question "How many NBA starters does UConn legitimately have in their starting lineup? Ultimately I have to admit that it would be entertaining to see UConn attempt to play either the Pistons, Hornets, or the Portland Trail Blazers.
