Luka and Kyrie Silence The Wolves: To The NBA Finals Go The Dallas Mavericks

Luka Doncic started the game on fire and never looked back. He and Kyrie Irving both scored 36 points, leading to the only blowout win of the five-game series. The final score was 124 to 103, but it really wasn't that close. The Mavericks are heading to the NBA Finals on June 6th, and the Timberwolves are heading out on summer vacation.

Two days after saving their season in Dallas, the Timberwolves were eliminated from the NBA Playoffs in a game that was basically over at halftime, as the Mavericks were up by 29 at halftime.

Doncic scored 20 in the first quarter, putting the Mavericks on his shoulders. He refused to allow the Timberwolves back into the game, and they went into halftime up 69 to 40.

It's been a while since I've said this, but this game was over at half-time. Luka won the Western Conference MVP and put a stamp on his dominance of the Timberwolves.
