HERE COMES THE PHOENIX SUNS. I DON'T THINK SO!

The amount of overreaction to the Phoenix Suns win last night is shocking. Yes, the Suns did indeed beat the Denver Nuggets last night in Denver which resulted in a wide variety of people in the media jumping on the "here comes the Phoenix Suns" bandwagon.
Despite the win, the Phoenix Suns are actually just barely holding onto the hope that they will be able to avoid the NBA Play-In. The Suns who have won 6 out of 10 games are sitting in 7th place in the Western Conference and are 1.5 games behind the Dallas Mavs who've won 9 out of 10 games.
While they did beat the Nuggets last night, I don't think anyone outside of the Phoenix metropolitan area believes the Suns would beat the Nuggets in a 7 game series. Plus, the Nuggets were down one Jamal Murray in the game who is dealing with a sore knee, bad ankle, and shin splints.
The reality is the Phoenix Suns are missing a true point guard and one or two additional role players. Still, I wouldn't be surprised to see the Suns win a playoff series or two as KD is still near the top of his game.
