Apr 1, 2024

For the first half, Iowa and LSU put on a show.

Then Caitlin Clark stole the show draining 3-pointer, after 3-pointer.

Clark the NCAA all-time leading scorer broke a 45-45 halftime tie with a deep pull-up 3 to open the third quarter. It was the first of four made 3s which led Iowa to an 11-point third-quarter lead. She finished the game with 41 points, 12 assists, and 7 rebounds.

This was the second year in a row, that Clark had a legendary Elite Eight performance, leading her No. 1 seed Iowa Hawkeyes to a 94-87 victory over defending national champion LSU, the No. 3 seed.

This victory not only propels Iowa into the Final Four but also serves as redemption for last season's loss to LSU in the national championship game. After a remarkable season, Clark is now just two wins away from concluding her college career with an NCAA championship.
